When the room descriptions are complete I’ll reupload ─ those list where each door exits. I’m also intending on creating a flowchart map too.
But as an example, at the very top right of the map, the south doors lead to two different rooms. Each of those rooms would have two doors in their north wall, both of which lead back to that first room
Okay, I think I see. There's two doors in each wall, and where that fits the map on the right, they link to different rooms. But if there is only one thing in a direction, both doors go to that room... Even though that doesn't make sense if you were trying to map it. Similarly, each room looks like a cube but are marked as rectangles on the map so you know what connects to what.
Does it wrap around or do the rooms on the edges lack some of the doors?

Precisely that!
The outside doors lead out of the cube by design, but depending on how mean I was feeling I might infinitely loop them too
